Hotel 42 is a 15-story, 75-key boutique hotel development located at the corner of Alhambra Street and North Birch Road in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, within the Central Beach Regional Activity Center. Grove Development Company guided the project from early planning through coordinated design development, assembling a multidisciplinary team of architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure the project aligned with zoning, floodplain, and urban design requirements. The compact 11,100-square-foot site required a thoughtful vertical approach, resulting in an efficient 4.8 FAR building that maximizes value while respecting setback, height, and contextual constraints.
